Service Sales Agreement

Parties

This Service Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between "MOKAN TOURISM TRADE LTD. CO." ("referred to as www.mokantravel.com"), on the one hand, and the individual or legal entity accepting this agreement ("Customer"), on the other hand, under the following conditions.

• Transfer Services

www.mokantravel.com has agreed to provide transfer services for pre-flight and post-flight airport transfers across Turkey, in accordance with the following conditions:

• Tour Services

www.mokantravel.com organizes tours with VIP vehicles in Istanbul and throughout Turkey. Customers have the opportunity to travel with VIP vehicles along the tour routes determined by www.mokantravel.com. Tour services commence and conclude at the date and time specified at the time of booking. Services provided throughout the tour program are carried out in accordance with the details determined by www.mokantravel.com.

• Hotel Reservations

www.mokantravel.com offers accommodation options in various hotels in Istanbul and throughout Turkey. Customers have the right to stay at the hotel of their choice through reservations made on www.mokantravel.com. The room allocated in the hotel at the time and date of reservation is assigned to the specified individual(s).

• General Provisions

This agreement covers all agreements made between the parties and all previous contracts. The parties agree to comply with the provisions of this agreement and to fulfill their rights and obligations in accordance with these provisions.

• Cancellation and Refund Terms

A) Cancellation Right: The Customer is deemed to have accepted the specified cancellation and refund terms before purchasing the service. The cancellation right can be exercised under the following conditions:

For Transfer Services, reservations must be made at least 2 hours before the transfer time. Reservations made during religious and national holidays, New Year's Eve, and official holidays must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside the specified periods. For Tour Services and Hotel Reservations, reservations must be made at least 7 days before the start date of the service. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside the specified periods.

B) Refund Terms: No refunds will be issued in the following cases for services purchased by the Customer:

For purchases of promotional products made by the Customer. For shared transfers in Transfer Services, for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance; for VIP transfers, for cancellations made before the transfer time by the Customer. www.mokantravel.com will not be liable for any obligations if the Customer fails to comply with the terms set forth in this Agreement, or if the reservation is cancelled due to any fault or negligence of the Customer, or if the service is not provided.

C) Refund Process: Refunds made with payment cards are processed by the bank. The Republic of Turkey, bank(s), or bank charges and other financial obligations incurred due to refund transactions are deducted from the refunded amount.

• Effectiveness and Jurisdiction

This agreement enters into force upon the signatures of the parties and includes all verbal or written agreements made between the parties. This agreement is not valid unless signed by both parties.

For any disputes arising from this agreement, the courts and enforcement offices in Turkey have jurisdiction. However, www.mokantravel.com reserves the right to resort to international arbitration institutions at its discretion to resolve international disputes.
